I have been a Weight Watchers Lifetime Member since May of 1971. I wish I could say that I have been at my goal weight for almost 40 years, but I am definately a retread. I have returned to Weight Watchers as a Lifetime Member six times to lose the weight again.
About ten years ago I decided to get rid of the weight one last time. It seemed to me that each time I lost weight, I went looking for it.
I hope to use this blog as a means of encouragement for myself and for the members of the meetings that I lead for Weight Watchers.
